These terms explain how creators and staff use ClipTanium’s website and Discord-connected campaign tools. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and each campaign’s published requirements.

1. The service
ClipTanium helps creators find and join campaigns, link creator accounts, submit clips, receive staff review and manage campaign earnings and payout requests. Campaign details set the applicable platforms, requirements, dates, rate and budget.
Some features require a Discord sign-in, a verified creator account or permission to access that account’s platform metrics. The availability of automatic tracking depends on the platform, granted permissions and service configuration.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Use your own Discord and creator accounts, provide accurate information and keep access to your accounts secure. You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the platforms you use and applicable law. Obtain a parent or guardian’s permission where it is required.
Do not impersonate another creator, share staff access with unauthorized people or submit videos belonging to an account you do not control. Staff can request evidence of account or post ownership.
3. Campaigns and content rights
Follow the campaign’s requirements and the rules of the platform where you publish. Submit truthful links and information. You are responsible for having permission to use the footage, music, branding and other material in your clips.
Submitting a clip lets ClipTanium process its link, associated information and available performance metrics for campaign operation and review. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original content or give you rights to a campaign’s source material beyond its stated permissions.
4. Review and performance measurements
Staff may approve or reject a submission, request evidence, reopen an incorrect rejection or review an earlier approval. A platform connection confirms access to an account; submission approval remains a separate review decision.
Views and engagement are recorded readings from authorized platform APIs or documented staff checks. They may update periodically, be delayed, be unavailable or be corrected by the platform. Missing engagement metrics are not reported as zero. A first reading is a baseline; its lifetime views cannot establish when all those views occurred.
Unusual growth, count reductions or low engagement may prompt an investigation. A signal or graph alone is not proof of artificial traffic. Staff may request additional platform analytics or other evidence.
5. Earnings and payouts
Earnings depend on approved, eligible views, the campaign’s published rate, its remaining budget and any stated campaign conditions. Pending or rejected clips do not automatically earn a payable balance. Views recorded during a fraud hold are reviewed before additional earnings are released.
An approval may be reviewed when credible evidence of invalid traffic or a requirements violation emerges. Staff may hold earnings, release a hold or revoke an award with a recorded reason. A correction can affect unpaid payout requests; recorded completed payments are kept as historical records.
A displayed balance or a submitted payout request is not confirmation that a transfer has been completed. Payouts follow staff review and the campaign’s stated conditions. Provide accurate payment destinations and contact staff about errors or disputes. No fixed income or payout time is promised by these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not buy or automate fraudulent views or engagement, manipulate metrics, submit duplicate posts to obtain duplicate awards, use stolen content, evade a review restriction or interfere with the website, bot or platform APIs.
Staff may restrict submissions or account access to investigate abuse or protect campaigns and users. Contact an Owner or Admin privately if you believe a review or restriction is incorrect.
7. Privacy and connected platforms
The Privacy Policy explains the information processed by ClipTanium and who can access it. Creator privacy settings can hide leaderboard identity from other clippers. Authorized Owners, Admins and Moderators can still see the identity and records needed for staff review.
Discord, TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google and payment providers operate under their own terms. ClipTanium is an independent service. A connection is made through the relevant platform’s authorization flow; ClipTanium does not ask for your platform password. You can stop tracking through your account controls or revoke access through the platform.
8. Availability and changes
Platform restrictions, quotas, interruptions and service maintenance can affect access, tracking and graphs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every visible platform metric is available through an API. Statutory rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
Updated terms will show a new effective date on this page. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention through the service or the official community. For a campaign-specific issue, retain its published terms and your submission or payout references and contact staff.
Contact and privacy requests
Contact an Owner or Admin in the official ClipTanium Discord community connected to your campaign. For account access, correction, deletion or a privacy question, send staff a private request from the Discord account you use with ClipTanium and describe what you need. If you cannot access that account, staff may ask for information to verify ownership before handling the request.
Keep passwords, access tokens and complete payment details out of public channels. Staff will explain any records that must be retained for an outstanding campaign, payment, dispute or legal obligation.
