FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Understand the workflow before you start.
Practical answers for brands, creators and clippers. Campaign-specific terms and authorized staff decisions still apply.
What does ClipTanium do?
Brands & creators
ClipTanium connects brands and creators with independent clippers for paid short-form campaigns. The workflow organizes permitted edits, published submissions, staff review and rewards based on verified eligible views. It is not an automatic video editor.
Who must authorize the source footage?
Brands & creators
The content owner or an authorized representative must permit the source material and intended distribution. Editing, platform, brand and usage restrictions belong in the agreed campaign rules.
Are reach, sales or campaign results guaranteed?
Brands & creators
No. A campaign budget and reward rate do not guarantee delivered views, sales or virality. Scope, funding and reporting expectations must be agreed before launch.
Is there a fixed minimum campaign price?
Brands & creators
The enquiry budget bands help qualification. They are not published minimum prices or automatically accepted budgets. Commercial terms need a separate discussion.
Does verifying my bio verify my audience geography?
Clippers
No. A bio code checks ownership of a supported account. Audience geography requires separate analytics evidence reviewed by staff. The current Tier-1-required campaign rule uses a 40% minimum; always read the campaign requirements.
Do I have to give ClipTanium my platform password?
Clippers
Public TikTok and Instagram tracking does not require your platform password. Supported public bios and counters can be restricted by the platform; staff proof and manual verification remain available. Optional official authorization is a separate permission flow.
Why might views be unavailable or different from payable views?
Clippers
A public reading may be restricted, missing or waiting for a retry. An unavailable reading is not a measured zero. Recorded views can differ from approved eligible views while ownership or a submission is under review. YouTube counts currently use manual verification.
Does an approved balance mean money has been transferred?
Clippers
No. Approved earnings, the balance available to request, pending payout requests and staff-confirmed paid records are distinct. A payout request is reviewed separately; it is not an automatic transfer.
What if I need help or disagree with a review?
Support
Use your private support ticket and explain the campaign or submission concerned. The ClipTanium AI assistant can explain public steps; authorized staff handle private records, review corrections, account decisions and payment disputes. Availability depends on the bot and staffed coverage.
How do I send a business enquiry?
Brands & creators
Open Contact for the current route. While online intake is closed, you can continue in the official Discord to ask staff about a private campaign discussion and download a brief prepared in your browser. When the approved form is open, it returns a saved reference. A conversation, brief or receipt does not activate or fund a campaign.
What should a useful campaign brief include?
Brands & creators
Explain your objective, the footage you can authorize, intended platforms and audience, creative restrictions, timing and potential budget. Identify any source-file access requirements. Staff can then ask focused questions and discuss a proposal; do not put passwords, payment credentials or confidential proof into a public message.
How much creative control does a brand have?
Brands & creators
Agree the permitted source material, messaging, formats, captions, branding and prohibited edits in the campaign requirements before launch. Independent clippers work within those boundaries. Submission review uses the applicable brief and eligibility rules; questions about changes or exceptions belong with authorized staff.
Where do I find the footage and submit my edit?
Clippers
Open an available campaign in the workspace, read its full requirements and use the source links supplied there. Join only if your account and audience meet its requirements. Publish the edit on the correct linked account, then use the campaign’s Submit Clip action with the public video link. A Discord message is not a substitute for the website submission.
What happens if my clip needs verification or is rejected?
Clippers
Open My Submissions to read the current status and recorded reason. Provide the requested ownership or analytics evidence through the account tools or your private support ticket. Rejected clips remain in history. Authorized staff can reconsider a decision when there is evidence of an error; changing or resubmitting a link does not bypass review.
Can other clippers see my identity?
Clippers
Your leaderboard privacy setting can hide your identity from other clippers. Authorized staff retain the identity needed for review and account support. This does not hide your public social profile on the platform where you published the video.
Can the AI approve a clip or resolve a payment dispute?
Support
The assistant can explain public rules and help you work through supported steps. Private account records, review decisions, agreements and payments require authorized staff. Ask for a human escalation in your private ticket when an issue needs that authority. Availability depends on the actual bot runtime and staff coverage.
