Discuss a campaign

THE PROCESS

A clear brief. A permitted edit. A reviewable result.

ClipTanium organizes the workflow between content owners, independent clippers and staff. Each campaign needs its own agreed rules and realistic expectations.

BRANDS & CREATORS

Plan, authorize and review.

  1. 01

    Describe the campaign

Bring your objective, audience, potential budget and authorized content. Contact shows the current conversation or enquiry route; the optional local brief can help you prepare.

  2. 02

    Review suitability

Staff review what you want to achieve and ask about missing content permissions, source access, platforms or creative constraints.

  3. 03

    Prepare a proposal

Discuss the scope, eligible-view reward rate, budget cap, timing, review rules and supported reporting. Proposal drafts can be revised before agreement.

  4. 04

    Agree terms and confirm funding

Complete the applicable commercial and funding process with authorized staff. A stated budget, proposal stage or enquiry reference is not confirmation of payment.

  5. 05

    Prepare the campaign

Authorized staff create the campaign record and publish the permitted footage, requirements, dates and eligibility rules when it is ready to launch.

  6. 06

    Review the work

Independent clippers publish and submit eligible edits. Staff review submissions and available performance evidence while campaign records show their current state.

  7. 07

    Reconcile and learn

Review the recorded outcomes and eligible rewards under the agreed terms. Campaign completion or archiving retains the operational and financial history.

CLIPPERS

Verify, create and submit.

  1. 01

    Sign in with Discord

Use your own Discord account. Your account connects the workspace with the official community and staff support.

  2. 02

    Link the correct social account

Add your platform username in Profile & Accounts. Supported public bio codes confirm account ownership; staff proof remains available when a public check cannot complete.

  3. 03

    Provide audience evidence

Ownership and audience geography are separate checks. Submit the requested analytics proof for staff review and follow the global 40% Tier-1 requirement and applicable campaign rules.

  4. 04

    Read before joining

Check availability, permitted source files, editing requirements, platforms, rate, dates and account eligibility. Joining is not a guarantee that a later submission will be approved.

  5. 05

    Create and publish

Use only permitted material and publish the finished clip on the account associated with the submission. Keep the public link available for review.

  6. 06

    Submit through the workspace

Open the campaign’s submission form, choose the correct account and send the public clip link. Keep the resulting submission record and follow its status.

  7. 07

    Follow review and corrections

My Submissions shows pending, claimed, verification, approved and rejected states. Read any reason, supply requested proof and use a private ticket for an unresolved decision.

  8. 08

    Track eligible earnings and payouts

Approved eligible views inform earnings under the existing rules. Available balance, holds, requested payouts and completed payments are distinct; request an eligible payout through Earnings & Payouts.

THE IMPORTANT DISTINCTIONS

Keep each decision understandable.

Ownership ≠ geography

A bio code checks control of an account. Audience geography needs separate evidence and staff review.

Recorded ≠ payable

A platform count is evidence. Approved eligible views follow ownership, campaign and fraud-review rules.

Balance ≠ transfer

An earnings record or payout request does not itself move money. Financial reconciliation remains a separate step.

PLAN BEFORE YOU PUBLISH

Have content worth building a campaign around?

Start with permissions, an objective and a clear brief. Commercial terms are agreed separately.
