FOR BRANDS & CREATORS

Run a focused clipping campaign around content you already own.

Give independent editors a shared direction for your interviews, creator highlights, product education or other authorized footage. ClipTanium brings the campaign brief, published clip submissions, review decisions and eligible-view rewards into one organized workflow.

WHY A CLIPPING CAMPAIGN

Give a strong content library a practical next step.

A long interview or recorded event can contain several useful short-form moments. A campaign gives independent clippers a common brief while allowing them to explore different openings, edits and presentation styles within your permissions.

The operational value is coordination: one place for the source rules, submission links, review state and eligible performance. Your team can discuss creative direction before launch and review what was actually published as the campaign runs.

This approach is most useful when you have footage you can authorize, a defined audience and clear boundaries for how your content should appear. The team reviews suitability with you before agreeing a campaign.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A coordinated campaign workflow.

Independent clip creation

Organize edits made from source material you authorize, under the agreed platform and content rules.

Submission review

Published clip links move through ownership and performance review before eligible rewards are credited.

Available reporting

Review supported recorded metrics and eligible performance. Coverage depends on the platform and accessible evidence.

CREATIVE CONTROL

Set the boundaries. Give editors room to do good work.

Your brief can identify the permitted source files, key messages, platform formats, caption or branding requirements and material that must not be used. Make restrictions explicit so clippers can judge whether their edit fits before they submit it.

Published work is submitted as a link and associated with its campaign and creator account. Staff review the applicable ownership, content and eligibility requirements. Review decisions and corrections remain part of the operational record.

Content rights stay important throughout the process: provide material you own or can authorize, and agree the permitted use of music, likenesses, logos and other protected material.

YOUR CONTENT. YOUR GUIDELINES.

Agree what matters before launch.

  • Authorized source footage and usage rights
  • Permitted platforms and brand/editing guidelines
  • Audience eligibility and evidence requirements
  • Agreed reward rate, reward cap and campaign dates
  • Review, dispute and reconciliation expectations

A budget declaration is not confirmed funding. No escrow or guaranteed delivery is implied.

PERFORMANCE YOU CAN DISCUSS

Read the result with the review context attached.

Supported reporting can include submission links, review outcomes, recorded view history, eligible approved views and campaign progress. Staff tools distinguish available platform readings from reviewed earnings and show when metrics were last checked.

Agree which reporting is useful for your objective before launch. Public platform restrictions can affect coverage and refresh timing; a missing reading stays unavailable. A view total does not, by itself, establish sales, unique viewers or when every lifetime view occurred.

Eligible-view rewards follow the agreed campaign rate, requirements and existing budget rules. A proposed budget helps scope the discussion; launch and funding confirmation remain separate authorized steps.

THE BRAND JOURNEY

Start with a conversation, not a promise.

  1. 01

    Discuss the brief

Share your objective, audience, platforms and potential budget. An enquiry is a starting point, not an accepted campaign.

  2. 02

    Authorize the content

Confirm ownership or permission for the source footage, editing guidelines and distribution rights.

  3. 03

    Agree rules and funding

Finalize the campaign scope, eligible-view rewards, dates and funding arrangements before launch.

  4. 04

    Review and reconcile

Review published submissions and available performance evidence, then reconcile eligible rewards and campaign results.

PREPARE A USEFUL BRIEF

A few details make the discussion better.

What are you trying to achieve?

Tell us your objective, platforms, intended audience countries, potential budget and timing. Budget bands help qualification; they are not official minimums.

What content can you authorize?

Share your official website or channel and describe the available footage, permissions and editing boundaries. Do not include passwords or confidential proof.

Possible use cases: creator highlights, interviews and podcasts, permitted event footage, product education and approved brand content. Suitability is reviewed individually.

BEFORE YOU ASK

Commercial clarity comes first.

Can you guarantee views or sales?

No. A reward rate or budget cap is not guaranteed delivery, sales or virality. Agree scope and reporting expectations separately.

What happens after the campaign?

Review the submission and performance records with staff, reconcile eligible rewards under the agreed rules and discuss what the results suggest for future creative work. Completed or archived campaigns retain their review and financial history.

How are cancellations, unused budget or refunds handled?

Ask the team to document the applicable commercial arrangements before committing funds. This website does not establish a new refund, fee or cancellation policy. Any campaign-specific agreement and existing authorized funding process must be reviewed together.

Does sending a brief activate a campaign?

No. Enquiries require qualification, agreed permissions and commercial/funding review. Campaign activation remains a separate authorized operation.

PLAN BEFORE YOU PUBLISH

Have content worth building a campaign around?

Start with permissions, an objective and a clear brief. Commercial terms are agreed separately.
